Subject: Recruitment for a Permanent Research Assistant Position

Job Responsibilities

1. Thoroughly read and understand the protocol of all assigned research projects and ensure accurate implementation.
2. Coordinate with relevant departments, including principal investigators, various hospital units, and sponsors, during the research process.
3. Screen and recruit patients according to the protocol and designated timeline.
4. Prepare informed consent documents and provide clear explanations to research participants.
5. Arrange patient appointments for examinations as required by the protocol and coordinate with investigators.
6. Collaborate with monitors during research inspections.
7. Prepare reports on Adverse Events (AE)/Serious Adverse Events (SAE) for both hospital and sponsor documentation.
8. Assist in preparing necessary documentation for Amendments/Safety Reports for submission to the Research Ethics Committee.
9. Study and familiarize with Case Report Form (CRF) documentation for each research project.
10. Accurately record source document data into the CRF (paper or electronic) within the specified timeframe.
11. Collect and deliver laboratory specimens as required by the research framework.
12. Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinical Research Center Director.

Qualifications

• Age between 23-35 years.
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Public Health or Health Sciences.
• At least 2 years of experience in clinical or healthcare-related work.
• Strong communication skills in Thai and English.
• Demonstrates patience, enthusiasm, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Salary and compensation will be based on experience.
